I’ve used stationcasinos.com a handful of times now and it’s been totally fine for me, the login feels secure, my payments went through without any drama, I never noticed anything sketchy or weird with my account, and overall I don’t really have anything to complain about.

I got there around the time I usually like to check in because I’d been traveling most of the day and just wanted to drop my bag, maybe grab some water, and sit down for a bit. Instead, I ended up waiting forever at the front desk. The staff seemed confused about what was going on, and the rooms still weren’t ready, which made the whole thing feel really disorganized. Not the best start to the stay

I stayed at one of their properties it felt really run down. The hallways were dirty, there were broken fixtures, and a lot of things just looked like nobody had touched them in ages. What made it more frustrating was that there didn’t seem to be any real person around to talk to about it, so it felt like everything was handled through a faceless system. For what I paid, I expected at least basic upkeep and some kind of human contact if there was an issue.

I went in thinking it would be a chill night out, but the place had such a lousy vibe. It was smoky, obnoxiously loud, and weirdly cold, like they were trying to make it uncomfortable on purpose. The staff on the floor barely looked at anyone and just zipped around like guests were some kind of inconvenience.
The whole casino felt tired and kind of pathetic, like nobody there had the slightest clue how to make people feel welcome or have a good time. Maybe someone with super low expectations would enjoy it, but I definitely didn’t. I ended up leaving way earlier than I planned.

I had dinner at one of the Station Casinos restaurants, and I’ll admit, it was decent. The food came out hot, the portions were fair, and nothing felt like it was phoned in. Service was friendly, though it did slow down a bit once the place got busy. Prices were about what you’d expect for a casino, so no real surprise there. I wasn’t expecting much, but I’d probably eat there again.

The rewards are okay, I guess. Like, there are decent perks here and there, but earning points feels kind of slow lately... not terrible, just not as exciting as I thought it’d be.

I walked into the room and immediately thought, okay… this doesn’t look right. The bathroom had hair on the floor, there were sticky spots near the sink, and the carpet looked like nobody had vacuumed it. Then I noticed the sheets had this weird smell, and at that point I was just thinking, great, this is not how I wanted to start my stay. I called the front desk and they said they’d send someone up, but nobody ever showed. Disappointing and definitely not what I expected

The place itself is fine, which almost makes the parking situation more frustrating. Getting around was way harder than it needed to be, but I guess it’s impressive they managed to make something as basic as parking feel like a puzzle...

There were a few sessions where things moved slowly and I didn’t get much back, but I also hit a couple decent slot wins. The cashout process was smoother than I expected too, not instant, but not a huge hassle either.
I’m giving it 4 stars because I think it’s a solid site and better than a lot of others out there. I just wish the smaller wins showed up a little more often so the dry stretches didn’t feel quite as long

Support was nice and helped me get my account issue fixed fairly quickly. I did have to wait a bit, but overall it was a good experience.
